For new users: How a Peatix ticket works

Your ticket is saved in our app

just open the Peatix app
and show your ticket at the door


Peatix offers an easy to use, paperless ticket service. After you have ordered your ticket, your ticket will be displayed in our app or can be viewed on your computer. On the day of the event you only need to open the app and show your ticket, or bring a print out of your ticket with you to the event.

Below we will explain how you can purchase tickets on Peatix and bring the ticket with you to the event: 
 

1.Ticket Purchase

You can purchase tickets using your smartphone or your computer.

Account creation
When purchasing tickets for the first time, you will need to create a Peatix account with your email address, or you can use your Facebook, Twitter or Google account to login and create your Peatix account. 
After you have ordered your ticket you will use this account to access your online ticket.

Ticket purchase
Depending on your country, there are different payment methods available to purchase your tickets.

  • ※ Apart from the ticket price, you will not be charged any fee.

2.Accessing your ticket

After you have ordered your ticket, your ticket will be saved in the Peatix app, or on the Peatix website. Please log into the account you used to purchase your ticket to access your tickets. 

To access your ticket, download the Peatix app and log in with the account you used to purchase your tickets. Your ticket will be displayed in the app. On the day of the event, please show your ticket on the screen on your smartphone.

If you don't have a smartphone or cannot download the app, you can also access your ticket on the Peatix website. Please print out your web ticket, and don't forget to bring the print out with you to the event.

  • ※ Fore some events there is no QR-code included in your ticket. Please see How to check your ColorSync ticket for more information
  • ※ If you purchased multiple tickets from the same account, all tickets will be included in 1 ticket (1 QR code). If you and your friends will arrive at the event separately, please transfer the tickets to your friends.
 

3.Show your ticket

On the day of the event just open the Peatix app, and show your ticket at the door.
If you printed your web ticket, don't forget to bring the print out with you to the event and show it at the door.

Troubleshooting


Why are my tickets not displayed after I log into the Peatix App or the Peatix website?

Because you logged in with a different account than the account you used to purchase your tickets, no tickets are shown. Please log in with the account you used when purchasing your tickets.

What should I do when I cannot login to view my tickets?

When the error message "Either your username or password is incorrect. Please try again." is shown when you try to login, you made a mistake in either your email address or your registered password.

In case you've forgotten your password, please reset your password and try to log in again. To reset your password, please access the following URL and enter your registered email address: https://peatix.com/user/forgot_password​.

If you still experience troubles logging into your account, it is possible that you made a mistake in your email address when purchasing your ticket. In that case, please contact us for assistance.
