How to edit the event after publishing

1. After you are logged into your account, please click the Edit button of the event. 



2. You can change the event through the "Basics", "Tickets" and "Details" pages. (some settings cannot be edited after the event has been published). 
After you have the event, you can choose if you wish to notify the ticket buyers of the changes. Event if you don't notify the ticket buyers, changes to the event page are shown under "Changes" on the event page. 
   
 

How to change the Basics settings

From the event details page, click "Edit Basics".


You can edit the event name, venue and address. After you have updated the data, please click the save button.
After you have published the event, you cannot make changes to the event date and time.

 

How to change the Tickets settings

From the event details page, click "Edit Tickets". 


If you wish to add ticket categories, and change the number of available tickets, please check How to change the number of tickets, add or delete ticket types, stop the ticket sales .
If you wish to suspend or resume the ticket sales, please check How to temporarily suspend and re-open the ticket sales.
If you wish to change the ticket sales cutoff, please check How to change the ticket sales period.
If you wish to change a discount code, please check How to delete / deactivate discount codes.

Edit the maximum number of tickets per ticket type
You can at any time change the maximum number of tickets than can be ordered per ticket type.

Payment method
After you have published the event page, you cannot make changes to the payment methods.

 

How to change the event Details settings

From the event details page, you can edit the cover image and description of the event. After you have made the changes, please click the save button to save your work. 
After you have published the event, you cannot change the event page URL.

Event Access
If you wish to change the password of the event, please click the edit button to enter a new password.
After you have set a password to the event, you can remove the password using the garbage bin icon next to the password. After you have removed the password, the event page is publicly accessible.

Event Cancellation
